After half-time, Liam Delap converted a penalty won by Estevão to make it three, before Youssouf Fofana briefly pulled one back for the visitors. But Delap wasn’t done — his second goal in the final minute, assisted by Andrey Santos, sealed a convincing victory for Enzo Maresca’s side.

This was Chelsea’s second win in as many games during pre-season, following their victory over Bayer Leverkusen — a perfect momentum boost ahead of the Premier League opener.
