This cruise was exactly what we needed. From the moment we stepped on the Carnival Venezia, the whole trip felt like hitting the reset button on life. Every day had something new—great food, good people, and nonstop fun.
One of the highlights was our day in the Dominican Republic. We headed out to Damajagua, where the buggy ride and waterfalls made it feel like we were in the middle of an adventure movie. I didn’t take video during that part—too busy hanging on for dear life—so the photos from the tour crew had to tell that story. And right before all that, we got to spend time with the monkeys, which was a whole experience by itself.
When we got back to the ship, the night came alive. Dinner, karaoke, and the piano bar wrapped everything up perfectly. It was one of those nights where everybody’s smiling, laughing, and just enjoying the moment.
