2 cup (250 gms) – Fine Besan – बारीक बेसन
3 tbsp / (30 gms)Melted ghee - पिघला हुआ घी
3 tbsp / (30 gms) - Milk – दूध
1 cup / (200 gms)- Pure ghee - शुद्ध घी
1/2 cup / (100 ml) - milk – दूध
1 cup / (200gms)- Sugar - चीनी
1/2 cup / (100 ml) - water - पानी
1/2 tsp - Nutmg & cardamom powder - जायफल और इलायची पाउडर
1 tbsp - Sprinkle poppy seeds - खसखस छिड़कें (optional)
