Passengers can now register for the Smartphone Express Bag Drop Service using their smartphones before heading to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, they can go directly to the Express Bag Drop counters to drop off their bags, without needing to visit the airline counters or Smart Check-in Kiosks. The automated experience continues throughout the departure process, eliminating the need to present travel documents.
