I worked on this installation script for a while so please give it a try and let me know what you think:

This will allow you to have a wireless bridge between your Pixhawk/APM aircraft and your ground station. I'll be working on improving the script for UART communications as well as testing other hardware. Please post a GitHub issue if you run into any problems.
