60-second timer with voice countdown. This countdown timer starts immediately and a female voice announces the time remaining each second between 60 and 0. The countdown timer progress is indicated by the background switching from red to blue.

The background reveals the next interval by colour while also indicating the progress through the current interval. The top display tells you the total time elapsed and remaining for the workout and the name of the current interval.
