This video comprises some of the mixing unit and emulsifying devices manufactured by #InoxMIM. It corresponds to a pilot plant for small production prior to industrial stage. The central GFL #agitator homogenizes the resulting emulsion afterwards the in-line #mixerEML, which is responsible of solids disruption and part size reduction.
Both units, and the vessel, are prepared to work under vacuum and overpressure. As shown, there are thermal, level and pH probes installed on the reactor plus a solid’s inlet hopper and control valves, all of them manoeuvred on the PLC control panel.
