Former senator Bam Aquino says most of the youth just know of opposition leader and democratic icon Ninoy Aquino as the person in the P500 bill or as a statue.
In a forum commemorating Ninoy’s death on August 10, Bam highlighted the importance of telling the democratic icon.
On August 21, 1983, Ninoy, one of the staunchest critics of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos, was assassinated.
