Pumpkin seeds is one of the super foods available to us, yet it is one of the least explored because of ignorance about the many nutrients it possesses. pumpkin seeds have a number of health benefits which include( but not limited to) Its richness in nutrients and antioxidants that:
*Improves hearth health
*Regulates blood sugar
*Improves Fertility
*Improves sleep quality, energy and immune functions
INGREDIENTS:
salty pumpkin Sweet and spicy
Pumpkin seeds Pumpkin seeds
Garlic powder Ground white pepper
Salt Ground Cinnamon
Ground Cameroon pepper Ground Ginger
salt Honey
Butter/ Ghee/ or any healthy fat
All ingredients should be added based on your taste and preference(s).
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Separate seeds from pulp and clean in a bowl with generous amount of water.
2. Transfer to a sieve and strain till it is completely drained.
