this video is an additional knowledge to practitioners of sword of all categories, from swordmanship, sword enthutiast, sword dancers even sword choreographers - these 7 components is what makes the Japanese Sword Art distinctively...well Japanese. Of course this isnt a hard truth depending on schools & katas, but generally as they say - the basic particularly for Modern sword art like Iaido is what we commonly find in most Katas. Whether you're a beginner or a longtime swordsmen. Wether we are fellow Budokas or even our fellow sword performers (i believe) understanding the fundamentals are beneficial of our chosen path. If nothing else this video is also a recorded material for me to review back from time to time throughout my journey. :)
