Feeling Guilty, Afraid, and Hopeless? Watch This!

Only a RISEN SAVIOR can save a dying world.
(1 Corinthians 15v17)

1️⃣ Our past can be forgiven.

Through Jesus’ blood, I have been forgiven of my sins. (Mt 26v28; 1 Jn 1v7)
Through Jesus’ death, I have been freed from my sin. (Rom 6v6)
Through Jesus’ death, I have been freed from the law. (Rom 6v14)

(Romans 4v25; John 20v17)

2️⃣ Our future can be secure.

Born once, die twice. (Rev 20v6)
Born twice, die once. (Jn 3v3)

Death is a door, not a dead end. (1 Cor 15v20; 1 Thes 4v13-14)

Death is a shadow, not a sting (Ps 23v4; 1 Cor 15v56)

"This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil," Hebrews 6v19

3️⃣ Our present can be made new.

Jesus gives peace today.

Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.” John 20v19

Jesus gives purpose today.

So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” John 20v21

Jesus gives power today.

And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. John 20v22

This is now the third time Jesus showed Himself to His disciples after He was raised from the dead. John 21v14

To the discouraged, He showed the Scriptures.
To doubters, He showed the scars.
To the defeated, He showed the supernatural.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1v8

I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. Revelation 1v18
