Cast Aluminium into Wall Plaster Mould?

So I build a new furnace and decided to use some wall plaster I had laying around to create a mould. I used a sample file that came with one of my FDM printers, but can't remember the file name or creator?? help??
The metal is Aluminium and the model that was burnt out in the furnace was PLA. I ran the furnace on pallet wood for atleast 30 minutes at what I guess is slightly above 600 degrees. This was sufficient to remove all the PLA plastic because of the large opening. I typically get the furnace up to max temp then leave it to cool slowly over night. Any questions I would be happy to answer.
