Xoogler Demo After Hours: QualGent

The Xoogler community hosted a Xoogler Demo After Hours with Aaron Yu and Shivam Agrawal, co-founders of QualGent, on July 30, 2025. A Y Combinator ’25 company, QualGent is on a mission to revolutionize product quality at scale. Backed by early traction and recent fundraising wins, they’re building an AI-driven platform that pinpoints bugs and product issues before users ever complain - giving engineering teams superpowers to ship faster with confidence.

Aaron and Shivam shared insights from their journey identifying a critical gap in the product development lifecycle, building a solution that engineering teams actually love, and carving out a clear edge in a competitive market. They offered a candid look at what it takes to validate product-market fit.

Co-founder & CEO of QualGent, Aaron spent 5 years at Google, where he shipped Android XR, Android Quick Share for Windows, and Stadia. He brings a track record of building and launching products at scale, now applying that experience to redefining how engineering teams ensure product quality.

Shivam Agrawal   / shivamagrawal  
Co-founder & CTO of QualGent, Shivam spent 5 years at Google as Tech Lead for the 3D window manager. He collaborated closely with product managers and UX designers to bridge design gaps, identify technical risks, and deliver high-quality user experiences. Shivam proved the technical feasibility of world-anchored visual search on AR glasses through rapid prototyping, and conducted user tests with 40+ participants to evaluate usability, reliability, and design preferences - bringing deep expertise in building innovative, user-centric products.
