Ingredients:
700 ml lukewarm milk,
1 kg flour,
10 g sugar, 15 g yeast,
90 ml liquid oil,
5 g salt,
1 egg,
some sesame seeds and black seeds,
egg yolk and 1 spoon of milk for egg wash,
bake at 250°C for 20 minutes.
