Easy Tube Notching with Cheap Tools | 1970 Dodge Charger 12

I used three very easy techniques to Notch this tubing - tube profiler, basic protractor, and a paper template - none of which require expensive tools. My personal favorite is the Pipe Master:

Basically, there's not much we can't get done with a grinder and the right techniques.

I'm so glad to be back building on the Charger. It's my all out exercise in design and fabrication. No compromises; just my best work. All the experience from the other projects go into this build, and I feel like I'm really about to hit a stride.
