Why Your Parents Have More Money Than You

People are always talking about how it's harder for the younger generations to 'get ahead' - things are always getting more expensive, it's harder to buy a house, the list goes on. And it's actually true - the younger generation doesn't have as much money as the Boomer generation. What's crazy isn't really that a wealth gap exists - it's just how BIG that wealth gap really is. Millennials are almost four times behind where Boomers were at their age when it comes to building wealth, and the only thing that's going to bridge that gap is Boomers passing down inheritances to Millennials.

The thing is... not everyone gets an inheritance. In fact, about half of all of the money that will be passed down will come from the top 1.5% of families. This is going to continue to widen the wealth inequality gap, too. So, what can you do about all of this?! That's what we'll be answering in this video!
