mutton sukka recipe | mutton masala | mutton recipe | mutton dry | sukka mutton | mutton curry

Check this spicy and tasty mutton dry recipe which goes well with roti/rice which makes you finger licking for sure.

INGREDIENTS:

Pepper corn - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin/Jeera - 1/4 tsp
Saunf - 1/4 tsp
Dried red chili - 2 pcs
Clove, cinnamon stick, cardamom - 1 each
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder- 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Onion - 1 large sized(thin sliced)
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Few curry leaves
Few coriander leaves

Method of preparation:

1. Into a pan, add pepper corn, coriander seeds, jeera, saunf, red chili, clove, cinnamon stick, cardamom and dry roast until everything becomes crunchy.
2. Transfer into an mixer jar and grind it into fine powder and keep it aside.
3. Place a pressure cooker on medium flame, add washed mutton, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, a cup of water and pressure cook it for 5 whistles.
4. Place a kadai on medium flame, add oil, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, few curry leaves and sauté until raw smell goes.
5. Add cooked mutton, masala powder and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Once it simmers, garnish with coriander leaves and server hot.
