It will not be inaccurate to say that American rapper and hip hop artist, Bobby Creekwater, pretty much creeped up on everybody. In an industry and the rap game no less, where every underground rapper searches for someone to throw them a bone, no one saw this Outkast-heavily-influenced rhyme spitter coming and yet in over a decade and a half, he’s managed to leave a hip hop footprint in the sands of time.
The Atlanta native, Bobby Creekwater caught his big break the second time around when he featured on P-Money’s album ‘’Magic City’’ and got noticed by the rap god himself, Eminem. The first time was in 2004 and by this time, Bobby had quit school only after a year to pursue music. He left Clark Atlanta University, unsigned and literally unsure of what the future held. However, Bobby would later team up with Charlie Jangles to create the hip hop duo; ‘’Jatis’’. Both artists caught a glimpse of what could’ve been a successful career when they got signed to Columbia Records through Loud Records. It was a breath of fresh air for the members of Jatis (Bobby and Charles) but the deal didn’t pan out as Loud Records sank and Jatis’ deal with it.
