Easy beef pares recipe and beef pares mami.
Ingredients:
SOUP
3 pounds beef chuck
1 chopped onion
2 onion leaves
2 Beef cubes

BEEF PARES
3 star anise
3 garlic cloves
2 tbs mince ginger
1 chopped onion
3 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs ground black pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbs cornstarch and 5 tbs water

MAMI
egg noodles
toated garlic
chopped onion leaves
