Basic White Loaf
2 LB Loaf

1 1/3 Cups Warm Water
1 1/2 TSP Salt
2 TBSP Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter or Vegetable Oil
4 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1 3/4 TSP Bread Machine/Instant Yeast

Place all of the ingredients into the breadmaker pan in the order they are listed. Select Basic Bread Cycle (1), select 2 LB loaf and medium for the crust. Press START. When done remove bread from the pan and allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting the bread.
