This album, Being Peace, features Issa singing the best of his vocal works in the last 20 and so years. The album was recorded on traditional instruments and the compositions have the original charm of Issa's contemporary yet classic maqam feel.

“Being Peace” when faces become visible and voices are tapped with the drums of their transformations. Being peace when manifestations of the inner worlds relentlessly attempt to travel to the familiar, and pursue beauty and its contradiction. For that leap towards the light, prisoners of time we become, mirrors of gardens, and love.
