There's a free tier if you're planning only to send email reminders in GReminders https://go.terrific.digital/greminders. But it has some limitations so please review the options and choose what's best for you.
I don't work for GReminders, but I'm a fan of this simple but effective solution. They have a free 7-day trial, and then it will cost you about US$15-20 per month if you want to send SMS or Voice call reminders.
