Planned Work: Because of Communication Improvements, the following service changes were in effect:
1. There were no (1) Train Service between 14th Street and South Ferry. (1) Trains ran Express in both directions between 42nd Street and 14th Street
2. (2) and (3) Trains provided alternate service running local in both directions between 34th Street and Chambers Street
3. (R) Trains provided alternate service between Cottlandt Street and Whitehall Street-South Ferry
