1. Pulmonary thromboembolism at right main PA
limited evaluation due to poor opacification of PAs
2. Bronchiectasis with subsegmental atelectasis in LUL lingular and LLL
3. A small (less 6mm) solid nodule in RUL
r/o benign nodule such as granuloma or intrapulmonary LN.
4. Descending arota aneurysm (Max D= 5.1cm)
Dense atherosclerotic plaque at the aorta.
