Day 22 - Go Row Indoor workout
#GoRowIndoor instructor Clare brings you a fun pyramid workout today, involving both rowing and some off machine exercises.
Warm up = 4 minutes rowing
Pyramid circuit =
1 minute row
2 minutes of Side lunge and lift (30s each side alternating)
3 minute row
2 minutes Wide-narrow squat (jump optional)
1 minute row
2 minutes Side plank or Side lifts (30s each side alternating)
3 minute row
2 minutes Single leg bridge (30s each side alternating)
1 minute row
Cooldown = 3 minutes light rowing and stretch
