Extra Scrap: More TI4 Hot Takes with James

We really had so much fun giving our Twilight Imperium hot takes that I've scrounged up a few more from cutting room floor. First, James has some questions about takebacks, and then we get into some hawt takes that fall under this umbrella: if you could change one rule in #ti4, what would it be?
