Frankenstein Halloween Jello Jigglers - How To

I think these are adorable, and sooo much fun to make! If you make them, make sure you share your photos on my facebook page :)

To make your Frankenstein Jiggler, start by combining:
1 (3 ounce) package of lime jello (or any other flavor, just dye to turn green)
1 (.25 ounce) packet of Gelatine (plain gelatin)
1 cup boiling water
Mix this up and let it sit so you don't see any sugar granules in the mixture. After about 10 minutes, you can add:
1 cup cold water
OR
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vodka, brandy, gin, rum, tequila or whiskey (Frankenshots!)

Let this sit for about 5 minutes so the mixture can come to room temp. Next, separate a small portion of your green jello and add a few drops of blue food coloring to make black for his hair.

Next, spray whatever glasses you are going to use with a little bit of cooking spray and wipe with a paper towel. You just want to coat them lightly so the jigglers come out nice and easy. Then, pour in a little bit of your black jello in the bottom of all your glasses. Let this sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes, or just until they are firm enough to not fall out of the glass. Now you can top that with your green jello.
Put them back in the fridge to set up completely.

Once they are set, you can use your fingers (or run a small knife around the edges of your glass) to loosen them from the glasses.

Put them on a plate, and decorate with some black food coloring and a small paint brush.

You could also use candy to decorate them, candy eyes or pretzel sticks for neck bolts...whatever you want to make them spooky!
