JAVELIN SESSION 2 ZELEZNY / PITKAMAKI Conditioning drills KUORTANE 2012.m4v

This is the 2nd part of the ZELEZNY / PITKAMAKI session at the 2nd Javelin World Conference in KUORTANE (FIN) with a number of drills to develop the specific strength of the javelin throwers especially for shoulders and trunk. Again , the javelin fans will enjoy this video and the quality of the demonstrations by these 2 great champions .But remember one thing : the most difficult is not to pick the right drills , but to combine the training drills together to get the best efficiency and results and ADAPT them in load and intensity to the SPECIFICITY of each thrower .This 2nd javelin world conference was a success. It was attended by about 80 coaches from all over the world and KUORTANE really deserves the title of "Javelin throw capital of the World" as proudly said by the locals !
