Ankara: 2017 Hotel – close to the city centre, leafy street location, but disappointing Wi-Fi and breakfast (Rating: 6.5/10).
Antalya (Konyaaltı): Afsin Hotel – great pool and the best breakfast spread, but a long walk to the beach (7.5/10).
Pamukkale: Akapella Guest House – friendly hosts, amazing breakfast presentation, and top location near the white cliffs & Hierapolis ruins (9.5/10).
Istanbul (Yenikapı): Orient Mintur Hotel – charming, well-connected, modern rooms, and outstanding hospitality (9.5/10).
Antalya (City Centre): Start Hotel – convenient location but poor first impressions and ongoing renovations (6/10).
Izmir: Greymark Hotel – central location, huge bed, great breakfast, close to Basmane Station for Ephesus trips (8.5/10).
Göreme (Cappadocia): Yusuf Bey House – cosy guesthouse with rooftop terrace views of hot air balloons, though mornings can be noisy (8.5/10).
