Meatball Recipe-
Preheat oven to 425F
Line a rimmed cookie tray with foil and place an oven safe rack on top.
1) Sauté 1 medium onion in 1 Tbs. olive oil until tender. Set aside to cool.
2) Next combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs with 1/2 cup of milk and mix well.
3) Next Mix 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, the softened bread crumbs and milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup grated parmigiana cheese, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
4) Mix well and form into balls and place on wire rack
5) Cook for 15-20 minuets until no longer pink in the middle and cooked through.
