Presented by Lord Ashcroft KCMG PC, this short film tells the story of the bravery of a Royal Navy diver who was tasked with placing limpet mines on an enemy ship. This was the first VC ever purchased by Lord Ashcroft on his way to building the world's largest collection of such decorations.
