We just spent 10 days in Santorini, Greece and here are some of my most memorable dining experiences in Santorini: the delicious mixed grilled seafood menu and friendly service at Amelia Tavern (in Kamari), a bargain at 40€ for 2, everything included. The food and service at Amelia Tavern was excellent and they even invited us back in for a drink "on the house" when we passed by there the next day, before we went to Dimitris Restaurant (on Dionysos Street, Kamari) for a Traditional Greek Night live Music & Dinner Show that included all you drink/eat and Greek music, dance, tradition of breaking plates, ...etc.. for 50€/ea. In Oia, the food at Finikia restaurant was very good too. Thai Restaurant Paradox in Oia is very accommodating with free delivering if you call them directly.
8 Nights in Santorini was just enough for us to discover the gorgeous sites, sunsets, the beaches (Red, White and Black), the gracious hospitality of the people I've met, and to experience Greek food, beer, cultures and traditions.
