Delicious soft apple and cranberry cookies in minutes for tea with simple ingredients. Super easy and tender.
A simple recipe for cooking with apples!
Ingredients
2 eggs, room t
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
100g (3.5 oz) unsalted butter, softened
+- 2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup dried cranberries or sultanas or chopped walnuts
1 cup small apple chunks
powdered sugar for dusting
ground cinnamon for dusting or add directly into batter with flour
Bake in preheated to 180*C (350F) oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden/brown.
