Hello and welcome to my October Vlog!
I'm the Pink Lady, I'm British and currently living in Fethiye Turkey with my family.
I love watching other people's Vlogs so I thought I would start my own.
I'm especially drawn to the immersive sound Vlogs as I find them so relaxing.

October is a beautiful time in Turkey. The weather is cooler but still so beautiful. October sees the return of the Ölüdeniz Air Games which run over 5 days at the end of the month.
The festival is a thrilling celebration of extreme sports and aerial displays, attracting participants and spectators from across the globe.
At the Ölüdeniz Air Games Festival, skilled paragliders, skydivers, and base jumpers come together to showcase their daring talents and push the boundaries of what is possible in the sky.
I could spend hours watching them and highly recommend visiting the area whilst the festival is on.

I took myself shopping in Erasta Mall in Fethiye to take a look at any new Autumn/Winter bits. I found a few things that caught my eye and I think I may have to return to purchase myself some treats.

In today's Vlog my husband requested Cinnamon Buns, The perfect Autumnal treat! You can watch the Vlog for the method and here's a list of the ingredients.
This recipe will make 9 buns! Oven should be on 190°C and bake for 25 minutes.

122g of plain flour
25g granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
90ml of whole milk
20g unsalted butter
1.5 teaspoons of yeast
1 large egg
Filling
20g unsalted butter, extra softened
30g packed light or dark brown sugar
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
