Backyard Golf Course Build - Site Walk Through

We take a trip around the Backyard Par 3 Golf Course landscaping project that we have been building for the past few months. The 007XL Bentgrass Golf greens are now 26 days old, have been fertilized twice with a granular golf green fertilizer, and are soon ready for a mow. We are still waiting for the Kentucky Bluegrass lawn seed to germinate as it's been slow in the cold weather. To give the seed a boost, I apply a granular starter fertilizer to the 45,000 square feet of grass seed. The starter fertilizer is 16-32-6, and it's applied at a rate of 3 pounds per 1000 square feet. The Kentucky Bluegrass sod that I installed last week is doing fine in the cold weather. I've been keeping it watered and happy, and the sod is now growing roots. I'm going to lay some more sod around the pond, but before I do, I need to get some topsoil spread with the tractor. Once the soil is spread, I run the power rake/soil conditioner through the soil, and it leaves it smooth and ready for sod laying.
