Ndaloni zjarin dhe mbrenda shtoni 400 gr luleshtrydhe të prera imët dhe lejoni të ftofet për 10 minuta !!
Pas 10 minutave vazhdojm të shtojm mbrenda 1 litër jogurt ose kos duke e përzier mirë me lugë !!
Zbrazne në pjata dhe lejoni të ftofet mirë përpara se ti servoni !!
