In March of 2022, the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders came out. It’s a text revision to what is basically the psychiatrist’s bible. So, of course, after waiting many years, I finally got my hands on the book I’ve been diagnosed with. Join me as I unbox this book with a side dish of a history lesson :)
