You Are is a book about the importance of words of affirmation. Words of affirmation are encouraging words to help us feel happy and loved.

In this beautifully illustrated bedtime storybook, we witness real life moments between a mother and her child. There is power in the words we choose, and in this story the mother chooses words that foster self esteem and confidence in the child. A daily reminder that "You are Strong, Brave, Kind, Loving, Sweet, Good and Awesome. Just know, no matter what, I will always love you just as YOU ARE."

You Are was written by Kayla Tompkins and illustrated by Daniela Sosa.
