My client, Whitney, discovered me on YouTube and scheduled a bodywork session due to persistent pain in multiple areas, particularly her legs, hamstrings, inner thighs, and knee. She was experiencing some hip issues that led down to her knee. She runs a lot so it could be due to a lot of repetitive motion. During our session, I conducted several assessments to pinpoint the source of the discomfort. I then applied a blend of Graston techniques, muscle scraping, massage therapy, and cupping therapy. After the treatment, her knee felt significantly better.
