Steps Involved:
Import list of Students' names to Google Sheets
Copy list of Students' names into Google forms
Create Pre-filled links
Create QR Codes
After the third step of creating a pre-filled link, we'll alter the link to record responses using some formulas and create QR codes for those altered pre-filled links.
After creating the QR Codes, we can arrange them according to our requirements in Google Sheets and then print them if needed.
