On June 4, 2025, during a School Leadership Team meeting, the staff and parents discussed the possibility of a staff kickball game in the middle of the upcoming field day.
Principal Ocasio said, "Hold my green tea," and proceeded to show videos of adults in inflatable costumes running in a field.
She pointed to the screen and said, "What about this?"
The School Leadership Team voted unanimously in favor of this idea.
On June 11, 2025, the idea became a reality.
