The Rake Tailored Beverages is The Rake’s debut drinks collection. Whilst the scheme has produced a pioneering pre-made Negroni cocktail (the Negroni No. 1), it is also a lifestyle brand. Not only conserving a cocktail, within each decanter is the soul of the community and attitude that the Negroni called upon to keep us together during this testing time.

In Part II of our documentary, the legendary bartender Alessandro Palazzi tells us the top three ways to enjoy our Negroni in the iconic setting of Duke’s bar.
