There's a very historic house next door here. The river is just on the other side of this church and another building. And it's got historic merchants row.
Beautiful. Big lot. And it's got all its gorgeous fans. It's got really nice trees. And once you see the carport, this is a sweet house and it's got that solid established feel. The rooms are big, three bedrooms, two bath, but it's got all oak hardwood floors and cherry paneling and built ins and everything. And we show you everything. We're on the back door. [00:00:52] So you probably know this is where we live in Perryville and you see that little bridge there, that's where you can walk and there's a river you can walk over there, the river onto merchant’s row. If there's a lot of beautiful sweet blocks out here and you can walk to your heart's content. Perryville is an older demographic. So, you know, it's kind of laid back. Not much going on. And that's kind of nice. It's got Dollar General, which is fantastic. DG, 6 churches, 2 gas stations. You know, the rest. It's this is an older demographic. And we love it because you're not in all the craziness. There was a study I just read about how people who live in the country and even though this is town, this is obviously in the country, people live in the country are exponentially happier than people who live in cities. So I thought that was an interesting study. It's got a full basement. I don't have the key, Kenz, but the key, I guess I don't have to get in, but I'm sure it's just the basement.

[00:02:50] That was my Italian grandmother from Brooklyn accent. This is cherry laminate. It's beautiful. And these cabinets are cherry. So that's really cool. All handmade here. You know, there was probably some old guy cabinet maker who came here and made them right here on site. Got rail and style and paneled. And there, you know, there actually, I don't know if they're powered by hand or not, but they look like it because they're not perfect. Which is really charming. And then you got this mama jamma stainless-steel saint here, the phos. It's a little old, but that stainless steel sinks can be there forever. So replace the faucet if you want with something a little bit fancier. Then you got the whole look of this place has changed. Stainless there on the front. That guy in stainless there. But that's OK.
