Squash Flan (Flan de Auyama) Yummy Dessert

This is my mom's special recipe for Squash Flan.
Ingredients:
2 lbs Kabocha Squash (or Acorn squash)
2.5 cans evaporated milk
2 cups whole milk
1 can coconut milk (not low-fat)
4 tablespoons corn starch
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbs.vanilla
2 cinammon sticks
1/2 cup Raisins (optional)
1 Tbs. Butter (optional)
All instructions appear in the video. Feel free to adjust sugar to your liking. Allow to cool in the fridge at least 4 hours. This way the flan holds it's shape. Slice and enjoy.
