****INGREDIENTS****
*MILK- 1.250 litres
*Sabudana-2spoon (50grams)
*Almond- Handfull( 60 grams)
*Cashew-few
*Grated kaddu-50gram
*khoova-250 gram
*Sugar-1/2 kg
*Custard powder 2 teaspoons

******FULL RECIPE*****
Grate the Kaddu and add sugar to it( add a glass of water and cook on a medium flame to soften the grated kaddu
[preparation of custard slurry]:Take 2tsp of custard powder in a bowl and add a cup of milk to it
In another bowl, bring the milk to a boil
Once the milk starts boiling, add sabudana to it. ( first boil of milk)
Add custard slurry at the second boil of milk, also, add grinded almonds and cashews.
Add kaddu syrup, when the milk comes to a third boil.
At the last boil of the milk, add khowa and mix it very well so that no lumps remain below
Note that mixing should be done on a low flame, otherwise the khowa and dry fruit residue sticks to the bottom.
At last add food colour to kheer and dish out your favourite "kaddu ki kheer"
