Anniversary Trip to Karuizawa | Dreamy Dog-Friendly Escape

We took our dachshund Momo-chan on a cozy weekend getaway to Karuizawa, Japan 🐾 — one of the most popular mountain escapes from Tokyo. From scenic walks at Shiraito Falls to staying at a luxury dog-friendly hotel (where pups are treated like the main guests… yes, even with cocktails for dogs 🍸🐶), this trip was full of nature, food, and unforgettable moments.
