Soft, moist banana bread recipe with whole wheat flour & without butter or eggs. This chocolate banana bread is a yummy & healthy tea time snack as it is made without maida. You can even give it in kids lunch box. To enhance the chocolate flavour you can also add some chocolate chips in the banana bread batter & on the top to make chocolate chip banana bread. It is also a VEGAN banana bread recipe as we have not used any dairy products like milk or curd (yogurt) in making this recipe. The recipe can be made in microwave oven or otg and you can even make it in a round cake tin.
