Three Sure Ways to Awakening!

Swami Atmananda explains here in a few simple words, yet in a profound way, three approaches that lead to direct Awakening to our own true Nature: Self-Enquiry, Pure Witnessing and Contemplation.

If you have the courage to dissociate yourself from the attributes of your personal ‘I’, you can’t escape from the direct recognition of your Pure Presence. The Path of ‘Self-enquiry’ takes you from the personal ‘I’ to the Pure ‘I’, that means the pure subjectivity, unassociated with any data of the mind.
In ‘Pure witnessing’, you follow a discipline of witnessing this phenomenal world without interpretation, and you come to recognize your Self as Pure Awareness.
By uninterrupted ‘Contemplation’ of oneself as being the Infinite Reality, you automatically disassociate with the whole world created by the mind, which is a dream world.
These are three sure paths of becoming ‘no one’.
