Episode 54: Harshada's Famous Friend

Harshada tells Makarant that she has taken an off from work as her friend Amruta is going to visit her. He does not pay attention and leaves for work. She then tells Malahar that her friend is none other than Amruta Khanvilkar which takes him to cloud nine. When he informs Makarant about the same, he lies to his boss and comes back home. When the excited family learns that Amruta has canceled her plans, they are upset.

About The Show:

It is a story of a joint family consisting of 2 brothers their wives, 3 kids, and parents. The story is a positive take on staying together, which highlights that It’s not that difficult to stay together. It portrays an ideal joint family in a city, which is accepting the way each member of the family is and finding a way to solve their daily issues/hurdles.
The story revolves around three women (wives and mother in law) with different personalities and their conflicting point of views. The different POVs stem from their different lifestyles and roles within the family. The portrayal of each woman will break stereotypes of Working women, Housewife, and Mother in law. It is a fresh and delightful take on daily nok-jhok of 2 daughter-in-laws and a non-controlling mother in law who continuously strives to balances the opposites.
The three kids are integral part of the story and the incidences revolve around their upbringing and parenting challenges. It offers solutions to some crucial daily challenges in an unpredictable and humorous way without being preachy.
