This workout is downright effective and combines the best of lifting with the best of bodyweight training!
Plus you’ll be combining intense lifting with longer rest periods with high rep training with short rest. This will maximize muscle growth and physique development!
This workout hits your entire upperbody perfectly!! Here it is:
Incline Bench Press: 4-6, 6-8, 6-8 (3 mins rest)
Diamond push ups: 4 sets of max reps (30s rest)
Muscle ups or explosive pull ups: 3 sets of 5-10 reps (3 mins rest)
Commando chin ups: 4 sets of max reps (30s rest)
Cuban press: 12-15 reps + 4-6, 4-6, 4-6 (rest pause = 10-15s rest)
